Service

The $497 concierge AI Opportunity Audit is a human-reviewed operating assessment provided by RE Solutions Group, LLC. It includes a structured discovery interview, review of relevant records supplied by the customer, a written report with an evidence-backed opportunity register, and a 45-minute strategy session with a member of the RE Solutions Group team.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, identify material omissions, and supply the records reasonably needed for the agreed scope. You control what information you provide and should not submit credentials, unnecessary personal data, or information you are not authorized to share.

Timing

We will contact the email used at checkout within one business day to schedule the interview. Written findings are targeted for delivery within five business days after the interview and all requested records are complete. If the scope or evidence requires more time, we will communicate that before delivery.

Nature of the Assessment

The audit is operational advisory work. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, valuation, cybersecurity, or employment advice. Financial observations depend on the completeness and accuracy of the information supplied. Unknown or unsupported conclusions may be omitted.

Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

You retain ownership of the records you provide. RE Solutions Group, LLC retains its pre-existing methods, templates, and general know-how. Your delivered findings are for your internal business use. We will use supplied information only to perform, secure, and administer the service, except where disclosure is required by law.

Limitation

You remain responsible for business decisions and implementation. To the extent permitted by law, RE Solutions Group, LLC is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the assessment.
