Privacy Notice

Information Collected

The free self-assessment runs in your browser and does not require an email address. If you purchase the concierge audit, we collect your name, business name, business email, payment confirmation, interview responses, and records you choose to provide.

How Information Is Used

We use this information to process checkout, schedule and perform the audit, verify evidence, prepare and deliver findings, communicate with you, prevent abuse, and maintain business and security records.

Service Providers

Stripe processes payment information. Hosting and communication providers may process limited information on our behalf. Payment-card details are entered directly into Stripe Checkout and are not handled by our application.

Site Measurement

We count how many people reach each step of the free self-assessment — the first screen, each question, the email prompt, the score, and the checkout page — so we can see where people stop. Each count is the name of the step, the time, and a random number that is discarded when you close the tab. No name, email address, answer, IP address, or device information is recorded, and the counts cannot be traced back to you.

These counts stay in our own database and are not shared with anyone. Aggregate page views on the public pages are also counted by our hosting provider without cookies, and pages that carry customer information are excluded from that count.

Advertising

The public pages — the home page, the free self-assessment, and the checkout page — carry a Meta advertising pixel. We use it to measure which ads bring people here and which of them lead to a completed self-assessment or a purchase, so we can stop paying for the ones that do not. It sets cookies in your browser, and Meta can use them to recognize you on other sites and to show you our ads there.

Pages that carry customer information are excluded from it. The pixel is not present on the intake form, the payment confirmation page, any report or audit page, or the owner console, so your interview link, your payment reference, and anything you send us are never handed to Meta. When someone submits an email address on the self-assessment, or completes a purchase, we also tell Meta from our own server that it happened; your email address is scrambled into an unreadable code before it is sent, and we never send the plain address.

You can turn this off. Blocking or clearing cookies in your browser settings stops the pixel from recognizing you, and Meta’s own ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences control how it uses activity from sites like this one. Neither choice changes anything about the audit itself.

Sharing

We do not sell customer information. Information may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate the service, or when required by law. Customer records are not used as acquisition diligence without a separate, disclosed agreement.

Retention and Security

We retain information only as reasonably needed for service delivery, accounting, security, and legal obligations. No system is perfectly secure; please provide only records relevant to the agreed review and remove credentials or unnecessary personal information.

Records you upload for an audit are held in private storage by RE Solutions Group, LLC and are deleted automatically 90 days after your readout. You may have them deleted sooner at any time by emailing aianalyzer@feefeeai.com. Deletion removes the stored files; findings already delivered to you, and the business records of the engagement, are retained as described above.

Your Choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements, by emailing aianalyzer@feefeeai.com.
